Gin lovers can savour more than 14,000 possible Gin and tonic pairings from well-known international brands to small-batch and local distillers to choose from. The bar menu includes new Gin cocktails and much-loved classics, as well as a selection of spirits, fine wines and craft beers.

Holborn Dining Room Gin
This special limited-edition gin is crafted in collaboration with Tarquin’s. We wanted to make a solid, classic and juniper forward London Dry Gin, incorporating Cornwall’s finest rock samphire, hand foraged from the clifftops of the Cornish coast by some of the Gin Bar team of Holborn Dining Room. The main botanicals in the Gin are juniper, coriander, lemon & rock samphire amongst others.
