A Magical Woodland Glade

This winter, Holborn Dining Room is collaborating with the Speyside Single Malt Scotch whisky The Glenlivet, to transform the iconic Terrace into a magical woodland glade.

Tucked away from the Christmas crowds, discover The Glenlivet Glade, an immersive winter terrace, where you are invited to settle in for the evening and enjoy a selection of The Glenlivet cocktails and comforting dishes, all while sitting under a spectacular starry ‘night sky’.

A Taste of Winter

The Glenlivet Glade cocktail menu champions Scottish whisky, serving modern twists on a selection of hot and cold whisky cocktails. Be sure to try the George ‘Fashioned Three Ways’, which is a take on the classic Old Fashioned, tailored to your own personal taste.

Burns Night Supper

Friday 25th January

Celebrate Burns Night in The Glenlivet Glade with an exclusive supper hosted by Executive Chef Calum Franklin and The Glenlivet ambassador Phil Huckle.

For one night only, Holborn Dining Room’s Executive Chef and piemaster, Calum Franklin, will serve a menu of typical Scottish dishes and ingredients each paired with a hand picked selection of whiskys from The Glenlivet.
